About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven HVAC Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consultative selling of HVAC products and services, targeting both residential and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and appointments
- Identify customer needs and recommend HVAC maintenance plans and upgrades
- Educate customers on memberships, indoor air quality, and cost-saving solutions
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and financing options
- Follow up on leads to maintain sales pipeline
- Build relationships with homeowners, property managers, builders, and business owners
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with installation and service teams
- Stay current on HVAC products and industry trends
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience (in-home, B2C, or B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Lead generation ability through cold calling and networking
- Basic HVAC understanding or quick learning capability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- CRM platform and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HVAC, construction, home services, or mechanical sales experience
- Financing options and ROI-based solution experience
- Comfort with commission-driven environments
