About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Retail Installer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while working with various equipment, following safety protocols, and assisting customers with system selection and energy efficiency concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Install ductwork (supply and return ducts) with proper sizing, placement, and sealing
- Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and piping components per specifications
- Mount and secure HVAC equipment ensuring proper alignment and clearances
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Coordinate with other tradespeople on construction sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
- Minimum one year HVAC installation experience with EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR report
- Power tool proficiency
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Physical capability to lift 50+ pounds, climb, stand, and kneel
- Proper personal protection equipment usage
- HVAC systems and components knowledge
- Blueprint and schematic interpretation skills
- Basic electrical and plumbing systems understanding
